We build the outer shell from three-layer polycarbonate finished with a micro-diamond texture. The rigid surface withstands rough baggage handling and resists visible scratches over repeated travel.

Precision SJ TOBOL spinner wheels feature thickened TPE tread over balanced shafts. They roll quietly and handle transitions across airport carpet, asphalt, and uneven cobblestone paths without dragging.

Reinforced Explosion-Proof Zippers

We secure the main closure with five-strand reinforced reverse coil zippers designed to prevent burst seams. An integrated combination lock keeps the pulls fixed in place during transit.
