How a case reaches you
We do not post anything. There is no depot behind this site and no packing bench.
Who actually sends it
The range is stocked and sold by a retail partner. When you press a button on a case page you finish the order with them, and the case comes from them. The dates, the options and the terms are the ones shown on that listing at the moment you order, and they are the only ones that bind anybody.
That also means we cannot look up where a parcel is. We have no order numbers and no visibility into their system. The partner account you ordered through has all of it, and it updates faster than anything we could relay.
What we can help with
- Which colourway is which, and what the names on the listings mean.
- The measured outside box of a case, and whether it clears a given cabin sizer.
- What a case is made of, how the closure works and what is inside it.
- Which piece of the range suits a trip you are describing.
What we cannot
Anything with an order number attached. Where the parcel is, when it will arrive, changing an address, a payment question. All of that lives with the retail partner, and going to them directly is faster than going through us.
If a case turns up damaged, the same applies, with one addition: photograph it before anything else. The partner will want the pictures, and if the damage points at something we built wrong we want to see them too.
