Do you sell the cases yourself?

No. We design and build them, and a retail partner stocks and sells them. Every button on this site opens that partner listing for the exact case and colourway you were looking at. The order, the payment and the delivery all happen over there, not here.

Why is there no basket on this site?

Because there is nothing here to put in one. This site is a catalogue of what we make, with our own measurements and our own notes. Adding a checkout would mean running a second shop badly instead of one properly.

Are the measurements on the pages the real ones?

The measured outside box is, on the 100 cases that carry one. It is the whole case including wheels and handle housing, in inches, to the tenth. The size on the label, the one that says twenty inch or twenty four inch, is the shell height only and is always the smaller of the two figures.

Will a case fit my airline cabin box?

Put your three numbers into the cabin checker and it will list every measured case of ours that goes in. It sorts your sides and the case sides and compares them in order, which is what a gate sizer does. Of our measured shells, 36 clear 22 x 14 x 9 and 18 clear 18 x 14 x 8.

What are the prices on this site?

They are what the retail partner listed the last time we refreshed this catalogue. Listings move, so treat ours as an indication and the listing itself as the truth.

Do the locks work everywhere?

The combination locks we fit are the TSA pattern, which means screening staff in the United States have a master key for them and open the case rather than cutting the lock. 71 pieces in our range carry one. Outside the US, whether that master key is used depends on the country.

Is the colour on my screen the colour I get?

Roughly. We shoot the cases under one lighting setup and the photographs are close, but a screen showing ivory white in a warm room is not a promise. Colourway names on our pages match the names on the listings so nothing gets lost in between.

Can I buy a spare wheel or a handle?

Ask the retail partner where you bought the case. Parts are handled through the same channel as the case itself, and we do not ship anything from here.
