- Which of ours suits a particular trip, a particular airline or a particular back.
- Materials, closures, wheels, lining. Anything about how a case is put together.
- A part that failed, and what it was doing when it did.
- Anything on this site that is wrong. Corrections get made.
Not worth writing to us about
Where an order is, when it will arrive, changing an address, anything to do with payment. We have none of that. The retail partner you ordered from holds all of it and can act on it the same day, and we would only be passing the message along.
How long we take
A working day or two, usually. We answer in English. If your question is about a specific case, the colourway name and the size as sold tell us exactly which run you have, and that saves a round trip.
