We build this 20-inch cabin case to handle overhead bins and narrow aircraft aisles with ease. The three-layer polycarbonate shell shrugs off rough handling, while an expanding zipper adds space when you return with more than you left with. Inside, clean compartments keep clothes organized across short trips and long weekends.

Polycarbonate Hard Shell

We form the shell from three-layer polycarbonate with a micro-diamond texture. It resists scratches, sheds scuffs from transit, and keeps its clean finish across years of flights.

Expanding Packing Space

The case holds 40.2 liters in its standard setup and opens to 47 liters when you need extra depth. Heavy-duty 5-strand YKK reverse-coil zippers keep the expanded seams secure.

Quiet Spinner Wheels

We mount SJ TOBOL spinner wheels with thickened TPE treads on precision axles. They roll silently and turn smoothly across rough tarmac, airport carpet, and uneven cobblestones.

Organized Clean Interior

Inside, an OEKO-TEX certified lining holds your clothing safely. A U-frame zippered divider, a dedicated toiletry pocket, and cross straps keep every layer in place during transit.
