Overhead bins demand sensible dimensions, so we shaped this hard shell to slide in with ease. We built it from resilient polycarbonate in muted grey, then added a wraparound expansion zipper. When you return with extra layers, the body opens up to hold them.

Polycarbonate Hard Shell

We press the shell from pure polycarbonate that flexes under pressure and snaps back instead of cracking. It takes the knocks of airport transit while keeping the overall case light to lift.

Zippered Packing Expansion

A single pull along the perimeter zipper expands the depth from under ten inches to over eleven. That extra space takes the total packing volume from 41.6 liters up to 48.3 liters.

Eight Spinner Wheels

Four dual wheels set on quiet rubber tires track in any direction across gate areas and station platforms. They spread the load evenly to keep the roll steady over carpet and concrete.

Integrated TSA Lock

We set a three-dial combination lock directly into the shell to catch both zipper pulls. Airport security agents can open and inspect the case with their master key without breaking the mechanism.
