Packing needs shift between the outbound flight and the return trip. We built this rolling duffel to adjust across two expandable tiers, growing from seventy-three liters to over one hundred. When the trip ends, the entire frame folds down to under nine inches tall for simple closet storage.

Two Tier Expansion

We tailored this duffel with two zippered expansion stages. The base volume holds seventy-three liters, while opening both tiers expands the interior to over one hundred liters for long trips and bulky gear.

Foldable Base Frame

Between journeys, the bag collapses down to a depth of roughly eight inches. It stores flat under a bed or on a shelf, weighing under eight pounds empty.

Reinforced Coil Zippers

Heavy packing puts pressure on seams. We install five-strand reinforced SBS reverse-coil zippers along the body to resist bursting and keep your clothing secure in transit.

Smooth Rolling Wheels

The wheel assembly rolls quietly over airport carpet and rough cobblestone streets alike. A multi-step telescopic handle and multiple grab points make lifting and pulling straightforward.
