Three-Layer Polycarbonate Shell

We form the exterior from three-layer Covestro polycarbonate. The hard shell flexes under heavy baggage handlers and springs back into shape, keeping weight down while shielding your belongings over years of frequent flights.

Quiet Spinner Wheels

Four dual spinner wheels use thickened TPE treads to roll smoothly over concourses, thick carpets, and city cobblestones. The multi-stage telescopic handle locks firmly in place with a push button for steady control.

Double-Layer Security Zippers

We fit reinforced double-layer zippers that resist punctures from sharp pens and tools. Built-in TSA combination locks keep the pulls secure while allowing airport screeners to inspect the interior without damaging the closure.

Expandable Dual Compartments

Each case unzips to expand its total volume when packing extra gear. Inside, compression straps hold folded garments flat, while zippered mesh dividers and a dedicated wet-dry pocket keep clean clothes separate from damp items.
