A weekend cabin bag nests inside a deep 29-inch checked trunk to save floor space between trips. We build both hard shells from textured polycarbonate to ward off scuffs, paired with quiet spinner wheels that roll true over carpet and tarmac.

Polycarbonate Shell

We press three layers of polycarbonate with a fine micro-diamond texture. The matte ivory surface resists scratches from baggage handlers and overhead bins, keeping its clean look through heavy transit.

Silent Spinner Wheels

Eight SJ Tobol spinner wheels use thickened TPE tread over a precision core. They roll quietly across carpet, train platforms, and rough cobblestones without catching under a full load.

Organized Interior Lining

Inside, we line each compartment with OEKO-TEX certified fabric. Cross straps secure folded clothing on one side, while a zippered divider and dedicated toiletry pocket keep smaller items in order.

Reinforced Zipper Security

We stitch a five-strand reinforced coil zipper around each shell to prevent bursts. An integrated TSA combination lock secures the pulls flush against the side of the luggage.
