Polycarbonate Shell

We form the exterior from three-layer polycarbonate with a micro-diamond texture. The surface resists scuffs and scrapes across luggage belts, while the 20 inch case fits easily into standard airline overhead bins.

Quiet Spinner Wheels

SJ TOBOL spinner wheels use precision steel shafts and thick TPE treads. They roll quietly across slick airport terminals, dense hotel carpets, and rough city cobblestones without catching or wobbling under heavy loads.

Reinforced Coil Zipper

We sew five-strand reinforced explosion-proof reverse coil zippers around each shell to prevent burst seams under full packs. A travel-approved combination lock secures the pulls directly to the frame of the case.

Divided Interior Packing

OEKO-TEX certified fabric lines every interior wall. We build in a full U-frame zippered privacy divider, an integrated pocket for damp toiletries, and sturdy cross straps to keep folded shirts securely in place.
