Two matched cases cover quick departures and long stays abroad. We build both shells with a three-layer polycarbonate that shrugs off scratches, then fit quiet spinner wheels and smooth reverse-coil zippers. When you unpack back home, the smaller case rests neatly inside the larger one.

Polycarbonate Hard Shell

We form the exterior from three-layer polycarbonate with a micro-diamond texture. It resists scuffs and marks through baggage carousels, keeping the deep blackish green finish intact over years of travel.

Quiet Double Wheels

Eight TPE spinner wheels run on precision axles to absorb vibrations across rough airport concourses, train platforms and old city cobblestones. They roll quietly and turn cleanly under heavy packing loads.

Organized Interior Storage

Inside, an OEKO-TEX certified lining holds clothes safely. We divide the interior using a full U-frame zippered panel, a dedicated pocket for your toiletries, and cross straps to keep folded shirts flat.

Reinforced Coil Zippers

Each case uses a five-strand reinforced explosion-proof reverse-coil zipper to stop burst seams under pressure. A built-in travel-approved combination lock secures the zipper pulls while allowing security checks.

I took this on a trip to Norway, we went on multiple planes, trains, busses and cars. This thing has been dragged through the snow and over train tracks. There are a few scuffs, but nothing that won't wipe off. The wheels still work perfectly, zipper and it fit me enough snow gear for 2 weeks of travel. Get it.
