We build this three-piece set with three-layer polycarbonate shells to handle rough baggage belts. You get a compact carry-on and two deep checked cases that nest neatly inside each other between journeys. Each piece rolls on quiet spinner wheels over tarmac, tile, and cobblestones.

Polycarbonate Hard Shell

We mold the shell from three-layer polycarbonate with a micro-diamond texture. It resists scratches, sheds scuffs, and absorbs heavy impacts without cracking when luggage handlers stack heavy bags on top.

Quiet Spinner Wheels

Our four SJ TOBOL spinner wheels combine a reinforced steel axle with thick TPE rubber tread. They glide smoothly across airport carpet and absorb vibration on uneven streets without noisy rattling.

Nesting Three-Piece Sizing

The twenty-inch cabin case fits overhead bins, while the twenty-four and twenty-nine inch cases take care of long stays. When you return home, all three nest inside one another to save closet space.

Secure Reinforced Zippers

We sew five-strand explosion-proof reverse coil zippers around each compartment to prevent sudden burst seams. Built-in TSA combination locks keep the zipper pulls flush against the frame for secure transit.
