Zipperless Aluminum Frame

We replace traditional coil zippers with a solid aluminum frame that latches shut in seconds. This creates a tight seal against rain, resists forced entry, and reinforces the entire case during heavy baggage handling.

Asymmetric Split Packing

We shape the interior with a deep 4:6 ratio, making room for bulky boots and thick knitwear. Fully enclosed divider panels, dedicated wet-dry pockets, and internal organizers keep clean layers separated and securely held.

Multi Handle Setup

We mount reinforced grab handles on the top, side, and front panels. This layout gives you leverage when pulling the loaded twelve-pound case from car trunks, luggage racks, or high airport scales.

Eight Silent Wheels

We install eight smooth spinner wheels that rotate a full 360 degrees across train platforms and rough pavement. Side feet double as utility hooks to keep the white shell clean when rested horizontally.
