Aluminium Frame Closure

We replace standard exterior zippers with an aluminium frame secured by three TSA combination locks. The latches snap shut in one second, keeping out moisture and rough handling at baggage claim.

Tough Polycarbonate Shell

The scratch-resistant polycarbonate body absorbs heavy impacts and resists scuffs on international flights. Paired with the metal frame, the structure withstands up to 440 pounds of external pressure.

Divided Interior Lining

Both interior halves close fully behind zippered dividers so your packing stays in place when opened. We include a wet-dry pocket for damp toiletries, a mesh compartment, and a private storage pocket.

Eight Spinner Wheels

Four dual spinner wheels absorb surface shock and roll quietly over airport tiles and pavements. An adjustable aluminium trolley handle and an integrated side hook let you manage extra tote bags easily.
