We formed this 24-inch medium case from three-layer polycarbonate with a micro-diamond texture that resists scuffs on airport belts. Inside, sixty-four litres of space hold enough clothing for a week away, lined with certified fabric that sits safely against worn garments.

Polycarbonate Hard Shell

We build the shell from three layers of polycarbonate, finished with a fine diamond texture to deflect scrapes. It holds its deep green colour through heavy handling at the baggage carousel.

TPE Spinner Wheels

Our spinner wheels feature thickened TPE tread over precision shafts. They roll smoothly and quietly over rough asphalt, station concourses, and hotel carpets while supporting the full weight of a packed case.

Reinforced Explosion-Proof Zippers

We use five-strand reinforced reverse-coil zippers to prevent burst seams under heavy packing pressure. The built-in travel combination lock secures both pullers flat against the side of the shell.

Organised Interior Compartments

Inside, we include an OEKO-TEX certified fabric lining, a full zippered U-frame divider for privacy, a dedicated pocket for toiletries, and wide cross straps to keep folded shirts flat.
