Polycarbonate Hard Shell

We press the outer shell from three layers of polycarbonate with a micro-diamond surface. The textured finish resists scratches and stays clean through repeated gate checks and rough handling.

Durable Spinner Wheels

Four SJ Tobol spinner wheels use a precision shaft and thickened TPE tread. They roll quietly and absorb shock over carpet, asphalt, and uneven cobblestones without dragging.

Reinforced Zipper System

We fit the main closure with a five-strand reinforced explosion-proof reverse coil zipper. It resists bursting under packed loads while keeping your items securely enclosed.

Considered Interior Layout

The interior uses certified lining suitable for close-fitting garments. A cross strap anchors larger items, while a U-frame zippered divider and dedicated toiletry pocket keep essentials separated.
