We built this 20-inch carry-on with a top lid so you can pack without laying the whole case flat on a hotel floor. The hard shell resists scratches, while the expansion zipper adds extra space for longer trips. Eight spinner wheels keep the roll quiet across smooth terminals.

Top Loading Lid

The top hatch opens while the suitcase stands upright. Inside, a dedicated sleeve holds a 15.6-inch laptop alongside mesh organizer pockets, so you can reach electronics and layers in tight spaces without unfolding the shell.

Expandable Polycarbonate Shell

We form the outer case from impact-resistant polycarbonate finished in Caribbean Blue. A wraparound expansion zipper opens up extra depth, increasing internal capacity from 44 liters to 52 liters when you need more packing volume.

Eight Spinner Wheels

Four dual spinner wheels spread the weight evenly across eight contact points. They roll in any direction with minimal noise, helping you guide the 8.8-pound case through crowded concourses and narrow train corridors.

Built In Conveniences

The case includes an integrated TSA combination lock, a fold-out cup holder, a utility hook, and an external USB port. Reinforced handles on the top, side, and bottom give you steady grip points for overhead bins.
