Packing vertically changes how you use hotel rooms and tight spaces. We built this 20-inch carry-on with a rigid aluminum frame and a three-layer polycarbonate shell in muted bamboo green. The top lid drops open like a trunk, leaving the deep 40-liter basin free for bulky shoes, coats, and weekender essentials.

Top Opening Trunk

We hinged the lid at the top so you can pack without laying the case flat on the floor. It opens upright in narrow car trunks, tight airport gates, and cramped hotel rooms, giving you direct access to the full 40-liter depth.

Aluminum Frame Shell

We formed the exterior from three-layer shatterproof polycarbonate and reinforced it with a built-in aluminum alloy frame. The structure resists heavy side impacts and keeps the corners square, protecting delicate contents without adding excess weight to your carry-on allowance.

Wide Telescoping Handle

We moved the telescoping rails to the outer edges of the frame. This wide-set handle frees up the center of the packing floor, removing the usual interior ridges so clothes lay flat and you gain more usable room inside.

Eight Spinner Wheels

We fitted eight silent spinner wheels that glide smoothly across carpets, tile, and uneven city cobblestones. The wheels turn 360 degrees, paired with an integrated TSA combination lock that keeps your zippers secured through transit.
