Packing vertically changes how you use luggage in tight spaces. We built this 20-inch carry-on with a reinforced aluminum frame and an all-polycarbonate shell in deep blackish green. The top lid flips open without taking up floor space, letting you reach your gear quickly in overhead bins or crowded hotel rooms.

Aluminum Frame Shell

We mold the shell from three-layer polycarbonate and reinforce it with a built-in aluminum alloy frame. This construction resists impacts and keeps the 8-pound case rigid through rough handling and long journeys.

Top Opening Trunk

The trunk lid opens from the top rather than splitting down the center. You pack downward into a deep 40-liter compartment, making it simple to retrieve shoes, jackets, or gear without spreading the case across the floor.

Wide Trolley Handle

We moved the telescoping handle tubes to the outer edges of the case. This wide-handle design clears out interior ridges, giving you a flat base inside that provides thirteen percent more usable packing space.

Silent Spinner Wheels

Eight smooth-rolling spinner wheels turn a full 360 degrees under the base. Paired with a built-in TSA combination lock and tough zippers, they keep movement quiet over carpets, airport ramps, and uneven city streets.
