Packing vertically changes how you use hotel rooms and tight airport benches. We built this 20-inch carry-on with a deep trunk compartment that opens from the top, reinforced by an aluminum alloy frame. The smoke white polycarbonate shell takes rough baggage handling without cracking.

Aluminum Frame Shell

We press three layers of polycarbonate over an aluminum alloy frame to create a rigid shell that shrugs off heavy impacts during transit.

Top Opening Trunk

The lid opens vertically so you can reach your layers without spreading both halves across the floor. It holds 40 liters in one deep tub.

Wide Grip Handle

We mounted the telescoping tubes along the outer edges of the case. This gives you a flat packing floor and extra usable packing room.

Eight Spinner Wheels

Four dual spinner wheels roll silently across terminal tiles, thick carpets, and uneven sidewalks. A built-in TSA lock secures the zippers.

  • Does not clear us majors at 22 x 14 x 9; international standard at 21.5 x 15.5 x 9; personal item at 18 x 14 x 8; tight personal item at 17 x 13 x 8.
