We built this 20-inch carry-on with a solid aluminum frame instead of standard exterior zippers. The pure polycarbonate shell seals tight against rain and rough baggage handling. Inside, a deep main compartment holds 44 liters of gear for short business travel and quick weekends away.

Aluminum Frame Closure

We skip the outer zipper entirely, securing the pure polycarbonate shell with a rigid aluminum frame. Integrated TSA latches snap shut fast and help keep water out during wet transits.

Deep Asymmetric Interior

The four-to-six split creates a deeper main section for bulky shoes and layers. Fully enclosed zip dividers and a dedicated wet-dry pocket keep clean clothes separated from damp items.

Eight Silent Wheels

Four paired spinner wheels roll quietly across airport concourses and uneven pavements. They turn 360 degrees smoothly so the case stays upright beside you while moving through crowds.

Sturdy Grab Handles

Rigid handles on the top and side make overhead bin loading simple. Side feet keep the case off dirty floors and include an integrated hook for small bags.
